Attending Camp Thorpe is an easy, straightforward process. Below we’ve broken out the application process into simple-to-follow steps.

To secure a space for a camper, please complete the following information:

Step 1. Complete our camper application form, print it out and send it in with the registration fee. You can also use the downloadable camper application pdf, if you prefer.

Step 2. Contact the applicant’s physician to complete a medical release, also available in downloadable pdf
Step 3. Once your application is received, you will be mailed a reservation confirmation, suggested clothing list, check-in and check-out procedures, and invoice.

Step 4. Return physician’s medical form and tuition by due date.

NOTE: Campers will not be admitted to camp if tuition has not been paid or if the camper does not have a signed medical release or completed physician’s medical form. Campers asked to leave camp will not receive reimbursement.
